Within 20 mins drive from Tamarindo you have two of the most beautiful and challenging golf courses in Costa Rica.
To the north, nestled between the sandy beaches of the Pacific coast and lush tropical gardens, we have the challenging 18-hole, par 71 Westin Conchal Golf Course designed by world famous Robert Trent Jones.
The course offers tremendous amount of lakes and sand traps surrounded by a beautiful vegetation and forest, making it charming and challenging at the same time.
To the south of Tamarindo, we have the Golf Course at Hacienda Pinilla created by respected architect Mike Young, the layout conforms gracefully to the natural flow of the land, weaving through the tropical forest along the shores of the Pacific to provide an unparalleled blue water backdrop.
This par 72 course, which can play up to 7,200 yards, was designed to enhance the natural landscape of Hacienda Pinilla, giving golfers an exceptional and immaculately conditioned place to enjoy a round with family and friends.
